Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships free, to every country we deliver to. No minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a shipping email with your tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on where you live. These are estimates and can be longer in busy periods such as November and December, or because of customs and carrier delays.

Ordering for Christmas

Because delivery can take up to a few weeks, we recommend placing Christmas orders by the end of November.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us through our contact page and we will investigate and send a replacement or refund if your parcel is lost.
